Surgery is good for a ruptured appendix and walking is good after surgery. I assume you have had this treated. If not, you should be under a doctor's care.
If your treatment has been completed and you are recovering, walking is great.
Walking after surgery is encouraged. It helps maintain your stamina. Walking is also good for maintaining healthy GI function. It will also help prevent bed sores and blood clots.
First, one needs Surgery to wash out abdomen and remove dead appendix tissue. Consult Functional Medicine for optimization of healing/repair innate mechanisms. Start run-walk-run exercise for 30 minutes daily minimum. Juicing: carrot/beet/ginger with organic produce 1 glass daily.
