Does COPD and CHF often go hand in hand with Lupus??

Female | 45 years old
Medications: Plaquenil, Lopresser, lasix, prednisone
Conditions: Lupus

Lupus is a systemic disease and can affect skin, muscles and joints, kidneys, bone marrow, nervous system including brain, Gi tract, heart and lung
There is no correlation to COPD but patients can get pleural effusions ( fluid on lung ) and lung inflammation and interstitial lung disease
CHF can be the result of lupus myocarditis
Very infrequent. Other causes have to be ruled out.
