Neurologist Questions

MRI or Dopler?

Greetings doctor. I am 26 years old and have had some strange symptoms in my head for the last few months. A few days ago they diagnosed me with chronic inflammation of the stomach, now I am interested because I am accompanied by occasional pressure in my head, short-term headaches that are not in one place and are not strong enough for me to drink pills, and they are not migraines, but more tension and that strange pressure.
Should I do a color doppler of the neck and head first, because it seems to me that there is not enough blood flow or an MRI of the head. I am afraid that it might not be some pathological disease in the head, but I do not faint or get carried away while walking. Only occasionally, heat especially in the morning in the hands or feet.

Your combination of symptoms does not suggest a serious neurological disorder. A Doppler is used in order to gauge blockage of blood flow and is therefore limited in its diagnostic utility. An MRI is much more useful in diagnosing multiple neurological conditions. Leon Rosenberg
Hello, the symptoms you described are not concerning, seems to be mild, and the head pressure doesn't have any "red flags" or like worry signs.  I f you are a person who really worried about health to be reassured you can have a brain MRI.  a carotid doppler in a young person doesn't show anything.  other vascular imaging will be normal most likely.
