I have a lack of sensation in my right leg and numbness in my left. I have spinal pain and lower back pain.

I presume you have seen a spine surgeon
Based on MRI and your exam, it must be determined whether physical therapy and ?? pain injection is best recommendation
While surgery can be considered it is unusual to have physical symptoms in both legs - usually the problem only affects one side
