“Mild Cardiomegaly ”
I was asked to take some tests (xray and blood tests) because I was exposed to mold.at work. I got my results via email. It says that I am mildy anaemic and I have mild cardiomegaly predominantly in the left ventricle. Can I engage in cardiovascular exercises and arw there any additional tests that I need to take? I would really appreciate your advice.

Thickening of the heart muscle which is probably due to hypertension. the only thing to do for that is lower your B/P.
