My pregnancy?

I am pregnant but my condition is different every time. I took my blood thinner shots during each pregnancy it takes a year well my son just turned 10 months and I am pregnant again even though 2 now 3 times all my pregnancies have negative tests but I was pregnant the whole time and now even though my test is negative my stomach has grown. I have had morning sickness my leg is starting to hurt from previous DVT years ago and it only happens when I am pregnant so my question is how can I go about getting an ultrasound to see how far I am without having to take the test.

Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate. A negative test can be repeated after 5-7 days. If positive, a blood test can indicate pregnancy but it may be too early to determine the age of the pregnancy. Pregnancy with bleeding should be evaluated immediately. Early pregnancy may be too early to be detected by ultrasound. However, many facilities will perform it but payment is required out of pocket.
Early spacing of pregnancies can also limit your body’s ability to recover completely prior to another pregnancy. A possible DVT should be evaluated immediately. Please seek a trusted medical professional immediately to evaluate your concerns.
I do think you need an ultrasound to see if & how far pregnant you are. You are high risk apparently also. I would see your physician to get the ultrasound. There are some independent clinics that do fun ultrasound but not medical. A crisis pregnancy center may also can do a ultrasound. Contact your physician.
I strongly recommend you seek medical care urgently if you have a DVT, that can be life threatening, let them know you may be pregnant, and then you need to see an OBGYN to get further evaluation for pregnancy.
You give many details but they are not exactly connected chronologically. Please see any physician who can order a blood test HCG as well as an abdomino-pelvic ultrasound asap. If you require blood thinners you should be in constant contact with a hematology-oncology expert.
