“Neuropathy and stroke ”

in oct my hands started be numb and then it went to being contracted my left two fingers then my right two fingers in march i woke up numb on my left side and pain i went to emergency room did a ct scan they told me i had to have emergency surgery cause i had a aureysm and stroke alert. so was send to another hospital that didnt even bring my blood pressure down neither address my left numbness since then it has gotten worse seen another neropathy doctor whom only did a nerve test on my hand i had pain on my left side all through my buttocks and face i have been going numb on my left side through my face since mar he told me it could be carpal tunnel or arthrithis. he did nothing but gave me gapbentin and scheduled another mri. nothing for my swelling. i vomit and its worse my find=ger are swelling and sometimes they feel like im carrying a 150 lbs can you give me guidens on what this can be i was also told i have another aueyram in the vack off my neck. im completely stess out about it cause it causes me to also go numb while driving and i never had these issues. before this i was normal
