Since I was 12 years old, I had my period for the first time for one day, then it stopped for 5 months. Then it came when I was 13 for two days, with blood clots similar to a piece of the liver, and with a feeling of pain in the lower abdomen and back. Every menstrual period now comes irregularly and is very late. It only goes down for two days with the presence of blood clots. What is the reason?

It will become normal later. The blood clot is due to delayed periods.
Could be a hormonal pain imbalance, you are not ovulating regularly. You need to see an OBGyn. Also get your thyroid hormones checked.
