Nurse Practitioner Questions Rash

Please tell me this is something besides what I think it is!

A little over a week ago I noticed whenever I got in the shower that I had a rash maybe of some sort. Everywhere., my upper leg about half way to my knee, my stomach, back, chest, an my arms but only from my shoulder thr inside parts of my arm to where you would take blood, a little on my forearms. But after I get out of the shower an cool off they fade. Almost completly! Three days ago I had four flat, red, circle spots appear on the palm of my right hand and one on the left. The ones on my right hand are a red circle with a clear circle like a blister in the middle, they itch an hurt at the same time, an are hard in the middle but you can tell its a blister underneath. The day after my tongue has 3 of those same spots on it that are extremely sore an are just white small circles. Please tell me this isn't syphilis in the secondary stage!

Syphilis is not a rash that appears and disappears. If there is concern for syphilis, I would recommend treatment.

I recommend allergy testing; however, it sounds like an idiopathic (unknown cause/happens "just because") urticaria. I hope that this helps.
