Pressure test?

I visited a doctor to do an eye pressure test. I moved quite a bit when he did the test. He said to stay still or I could get false readings. Is this true?

Yes. You could repeat the test.
Yes, It is true you can get a false reading, but the test should be repeated to assure that an accurate reading is obtained. There are also other tests that should be done in addition if someone has an eye pressure reading which is out of the normal range.
Yes but it was probably repeated unti there was an acceptable measurement.
Although testing the pressure of the eye is commonly used, the most important testing is to take special images of the retina and optic nerve and do visual field testing at bright levels and reduced lighting (to evaluate vision while in that romantic restaurant or while driving at night).
