“Retained tissue?”
I was treated with misoprostol and passed large clots and lots of blood on Oct 22. I got cleared with an ultrasound and went for a follow up was told I had 13mm of stuff left. Two days after ultrasound I’m having ovarian pain.

13mm is not that thick at your age but if you do have stuff left you may have to have a D&C. That would be your doctors decision. That ovarian cramping is possibly related to uterine cramps particularly if you are boarding. The sonogram should have shown an ovarian cyst if it was there
Its possible not all of the tissue has passed and that retained tissue can be causing pain. I would make sure to be seen by a physician to discuss further options.
