I have retrograde ejaculation with a little semen.

How long have you noticed this problem? Who made this diagnosis? It is not common in your age. If you are concerned see a urologist for further evaluation.
Retrograde ejaculation is not normal and you should have thorough urological evaluation. Common causes include medication side effects, diabetes, and neurological diseases or injuries.
Low semen volume does not equal retrograde ejaculation. See a urologist please.
