“Semen leakage?”
How come after I urinate semen leaks and it also hurts.

Leakage after urination may occur if semen remains in the urethra after ejaculation..However, not all discharge from the penis is semen.
First of all, how can you be so sure that its semen leaking after you urinate? Also if you’re having that much discomfort you should see your primary care doctor or urologist - as perhaps you’ve got a urinary tract infection or some sort of urethral abnormality - and or there’s also the possibility that you might be masturbating too much and you’re actually just angering in your prostate.
