How often does a routine dental cleaning of a healthy person result in sepsis?

With My experience I have never had an incidence of sepsis after regular cleaning thanks
It has probably happened, but I am sure that the percentage is very, very small.
I have never heard of that. Very rare. The person would have to be in a very compromised condition for that to happen.
