Urologist Questions Urologist

ā€œShould I be worried about my test results?ā€

I am a 72 year old female that just received these lab test results for an upcoming surgery on October 13, 2021. Should I be worried about the urinalysis, blood in urine, Amorphous Crystals, RBC levels, BUN/Creatinine ratio, PT time, etc.?

This has to be worked up prior to Surgery. Consult a Nephrologist.
Regarding blood in the urine, this needs to be evaluated. It may be from cystitis or UTI. Also other etiologies to be ruled out. Iā€™m not sure whether you have any urinary symptoms or not. Amorphous crystals are of not much clinical significance. Usually, it is caused by decreased urine volume associated with large amounts of Uric acid or calcium in the diet.
