About 2 years ago a dark spot appeared right below my eye and about a week ago it turned into a sore.

A dark spot for two years make be a neoplasm (skin cancer). The sore at the lateral canthus (outer corner) may be angular blepharitis, which is a a minor infection treated with antibiotic ointment. See an ophthalmologist.
Looks like a cyst. Should go see an ophthalmologist or dermatologist.

It looks like an infection or inflammation of the skin in the corner of the eyelid, called angular blepharitis. Usually treated with an antibiotic-steroid combo ointment. However, it is hard to tell from a picture, especially since your eye is closed. Please see an ophthalmologist at your earliest convenience.
