“Spreading bites?”
I have this thing on my right arm that I think is a big bite but I’m not sure. It’s red and very itchy and it gets bigger like it’s spreading but not to different areas.

Looks like phlebitis , inflammation of the vein . Redness , warmth and pain in affected area, follow vein. Are you sure it’s from bugs ? Usual case is trauma of the vein from intravenous catheter . Go to quick care. Need antibiotic for sure , because spreading quickly. Or antihistamine if it’s allergic reaction to insect bites.
