Sudden migraine?

I got a sudden severe headache about 3.5 weeks ago. Medications are not helping, my vision has become very blurry and the headache continues to get worse. I also am nauseous, have a stiff neck and it’s affecting my job. I have had a CT which was negative. What could it possibly be? I have never had a migraine before.

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Usually ocular migraine needs treatment in the form of beta blockers or tryptophan .
Please see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible.

You should be seeing a neurologist for this.
