“Taking Propranolol Hydrochloride after first dose of Pfizer vaccine?”
Almost 7 years of experience shaking hands and voice when talking in front of people. So I am taking propranolol hydrochloride 2-3 times a week, to prevent these, so that I can go on confidently with my business meeting. However, I had my first dose of Pfizer vaccination, is it okay to still take propranolol hydrochloride 40mg 2-3 days after being vaccinated?

You were probably prescribed propanolol because when you are talking in front of a crowd your anxiety may trigger a release of you adrenalin, the flight or fight hormone from the adrenal gland. The vaccine comprises proteins that will trigger an immune response to make antibodies. You should continue to use the propanolol as prescribed.
