“Tight foreskin problem?”
I'm 24 years old. I currently suffer from a tight foreskin. I have googled endlessly but all I can find are extreme cases of Phimosis, which I don't believe I have. When flaccid I can with ease retract it behind the glans but some skin will crop up behind the glans unless I pull it down even further. (No tightness)
The problem however is when I am erect, I can still retract it behind the glans manually but with a lot of tightness as my foreskin is too narrow, which causes me to lose the erection instantly. I'm afraid of intercourse because I think it'll rip or just simply not let me stay erect.
I've recently undergone a frenotomy which didn't really help the issue. What can I do? Do I even have to be worried at all? Or am I already at a stage where it can retract enough?
