Tiny white fatty spot?

I had a renal ultrasound a few weeks ago and a tiny spot was noted on the kidney. Now the doctor who I'm being referred to has told me not to worry as they are certainly sure it's not anything sinister. I've had frequent urination issues for a few months literally peeing loads and often. I don't have any pain from this issue.

We don't use the term (tiny spot) in medicine. We can things: cyst, mass, focus of calcification, etc. Spot could be anything, but I suspect it is benign. The language of the U/S report is very important. At times when the radiologist is concerned, they say in the report, a 6 month follow up is needed or a CT scan with contrast is needed. But if they are not concerned, they simply say simple and benign and don't recommend follow up.
Lipomas fatty tumors are entirely benign, ans your urinary symptoms are unrelated to the one you have.
