Often a yeast infection will cause external irritation to the skin of the vulva, making it more likely to crack and bleed. This could be what you are noticing on the toilet tissue after wiping if the bleeding is only when wiping and is only a small amount of bright red blood. However, if you are noticing larger amounts of dark red/brown blood this could be uterine bleeding which would be something you'd want to get checked out by your provider if you are post-menopausal. It might be worth checking in with your provider to get treatment for the yeast infection and discuss the bleeding to determine if further evaluation is necessary.
