What are the effects of too much anesthesia?

I am a 33 year old male. I want to know what are the effects of too much anesthesia?

Too much can cause low blood pressure, which can limit blood flow to vital organs. Depending on the organ, significant injury can occur.
It is a common practice among anesthesiologists to titrate anesthetic gases and intravenous agents to achieve the desired effect on an individual basis so that "too much anesthesia" is never administered.
In any modern, monitored setting, it is very unlikely that you would get “too much” anesthesia. If anything, you might wake up more slowly.

I suppose the easiest way to explain this is that the effects are very similar to drinking too much alcohol.
