What are the main signs of autism?

I am 30 year old female. My baby is about to turn 2 and I am curious. What are the main signs of autism?

Abnormal facial expression and failure to understand commands. They are more silent
Might be too soon to diagnose, because common learning disorders: such as speech delays and hyper sensitivities to touch/sounds, and rigid patterns can also be in other learning and developmental delays. But too soon to diagnosis, but you can start speech therapy if needed as early as two.
The normal parameters that may not be achieved by the child in Autism are:

1. Ability to look at you and when he wants to show you something
2. Look when you point to something
3. Use imagination to pretend play
4. Take interest in other children
5. Like to climb on things like stairs
6. Enjoy playing peek-a-boo/hide and seek
7. Can build tower of bricks
8. May sit alone and scream rather than calling out for mother
9. May not notice when parent leave or return
10. Resist being kissed or hugged by parents
11. Making eye contact
12. Being ware of environment
13. Showing interest in toys etc.
14. Not having bizarre repetitive behavior like flicking fingers before eyes.
15. Good coordination and fine motor skills,
16. Cooperate with bathing and hair cuts

And many more.
