Tons of fluids and avoiding anti-inflammatory medication. When people get admitted to the hospital for rhabdomyolysis it’s to prevent kidney failure and the number of fluids that they consume ends up adding 5 to 25 pounds in less than three days.
A good question for the physician that diagnosed. Depends on a number of variables. Talk with the doctor that made your diagnosis.
That is muscle breakdown. Need to know the cause before discussing management. Speak to your doctor as to why you have this problem.
First, you must determine the cause of your rhabdomyolysis. Often, one must increase your hydration e.g., drinking more water, IV fluids at a hospital if needed. Consult with your primary care physician.
