You can first get your teeth cleaned. That will eliminate it.There is nothing that you can take.
You need to see a dentist for a cleaning and you need to brush and floss every day. Also, get an a1c test to see if you have any issues with diabetes.
Dear Reader,

For gum inflammation, Listerine or warm salt water (1/2 teaspoon to 8 oz of water) and vigorous rinsing may help. So will thorough brushing and cleaning in between your teeth with something like floss of interdental picks. The real question is: what's causing your inflammation. For most people, gingivitis results due to lack of a professional cleaning (prophylaxis). I would suggest if it's been awhile, to see a dentist for an examination, and the hygienist for a cleaning. Otherwise, the inflammation will not go away.

Hope this helps,

Rinse mouth with listerine or diluted hydrogen peroxide. But, need to get your teeth cleaned by the hygienist
