What exercises fix bunions?

I have bunions on my feet. What exercises fix bunions?

Good morning I am sorry as I do not specialize with bunions. I would consult with a Podiatrist.
Bunions grow due to bad foot posture. As far as I know there are no exercises to fix it. Please see a podiatrist for help.
The best exercises for bunions is to stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons of the feet and toes. Start by pointing your toes upward for 5 seconds and then curl them under for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times. Then go a little farther with the stretches by manually pulling and pushing the toes either with your hands or pressing the toes against something and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this 4 or 5 times. Do ball rolling under the feet to help loosen muscle and fascia like plantar fascitis stretches. Try pulling the toe in different directions to loosen the soft tissue. You can also use a Bunion brace to help move the big toe away from the second toe. Hope this helps. Take care and be well. Dr. Eric MIller- Orland Park,IL
