I had implant surgery 3 days ago. What exercises to avoid 3 days after implant surgery?

None unless there is still bleeding
Any excessive physical activity is not advisable after surgery. It also depends on how many implants were placed and how extensive the procedure was. If it was a single or a few implants you should be able to slowly resume physical activity. If on the other hand if it was a full arch then I would be more cautious and give it upto 10-14 days before resuming serious physical activity.
