What foods should I avoid with high blood pressure?

I have high blood pressure. I want to know what foods should I avoid with high blood pressure

In general blood pressure is probably most affected by the sodium content in your diet. Some people are very “salt sensitive.“ For these people increased sodium will dramatically increase blood pressure. Even without this lowering your salt/sodium intake can reduce blood pressure. Some people who believe that a diet that has no meat in it they also improve the bacterial colonization in the gut that may have positive effects on blood pressure and kidney function. That is a little more controversial.
