What is actually wrong with me?

First I started to get a burning itchy sensation on my right ribs under my breast bone. A couple of days later when I breathed or did anything I would get sharp pains it was sensitive to touch felt like I’ve been punched in the ribs, and trying to sleep was the worst, spoke to a nurse and she diagnosed me with Costochondritis took ibuprofen. A couple of days into that treatment my toes started tingling didn’t think anything of it thought it was the medication cause I was taking so many tablets. Then I started to get pains in the arch of my foot to my toes and shooting pain going up to my calf of my leg couldn’t walk properly and lost my balance a couple of times. A nurse checked me out and said I had plantar fasciitis carry on taking the Ibuprofen, then that night the shooting pain started to travel up the back of my thigh and a bit by the bone in my bottom. I don’t think I was diagnosed properly because now then pain from my chest has gone but itches like crazy, my foot is a bit better to walk on but the problem is now my fingers are starting to tingle and itch, my foot and thigh feels numb and I can’t sleep on that side of my body.

First of all, you should be tested for COVID. Secondly, you should see a neurologist ASAP.
The symptoms you are describing are very general and not specific. There are likely multiple possibilities. I recommend you discuss with your Primary Physician for a more complete workup
Stop the medications and go for a blood examination to rule out diabetes or any other pathology.
