What is causing the nausea?

I don’t eat food until 11 am every day and when I leave the house I get extremely nauseous. I get really bad headaches, I start shaking, and I start breathing strongly. It usually goes on for 4 or more hours. When I’m at home I don’t get nauseous and everything seems fine.

Gastric reflux and possible spasm of esophageal muscles. May have an ulcer, so may need an endoscopy.
When you leave your house, is your mind racing? Do you feel anxious and fidgety along with the shaking?
You are relaxed at home and eat when you want. You are anxious about the work.
