There are many possible causes of nausea, including many non-GI causes. You need to have a basic work up with check of your vital signs, blood work and EKG.
It is essential that you be fully examined immediately. You have signs and symptoms of gastritis and esophagitis and spasm with vasovagal reflex.

You likely have a disorder of the esophagus related to your Raynaud’s Disease. I would take Pepcid (famotidine) 20 mg before meals and at bedtime and see a Pediatric Gastroenterologist. Good luck!
Go to the emergency room right away please.
Go see a GI specialist. Do not ignore this v
