“What is inside my nose?”
I had rhinoplasty months ago and now I have a constant pain in my nose. I got a ct scan done and it showed this weird triangular thing in my nose, this is where my pain is. I also have a weird metallic taste in my nose. I need help to know what that thing in my nose is. I had a turbinate reduction as well as a deviated septum corrected. The pain was never a problem in the beginning, but now months later it is.

First of all, that's not a CT image. That's a plain film. Secondly, you should call the surgeon who did the rhinoplasty for you.
