I would see your urologist. There are a few things that can be done. It may be due to medications you are taking or other natural causes. There are a couple of prescriptions that may be tried, as well
There are no medications available to improve motility I recommend a formal consultation to discuss semen analyses
There is not any medication for poor sperm motility. Minimize heat to the scrotum, don’t use marijuana, don’t smoke, and please see a urologist/male fertility specialist.
