I am a 33 year old female. I want to know what is the safest anesthesia for surgery?

All anesthetics are safe as long as your body and anesthesiologist get along.
It depends what surgery you are having, some surgeries could be done under local anesthesia only, some Ortho surgeries could be done under regional block with sedation or under general. GI surgeries are done only under general and some urology, c-sections and Ortho are done under spinal block with sedation or general.
Don't have surgery
