What is the white stuff behind my teeth?

I am a 28 year old female. I want to know what is the white stuff behind my teeth?

It's calcified plaque, known as calculus/tartar.
Either it is plaque, which is soft and can be removed with a soft toothbrush or calculus (hardened plaque buildup). Calculus needs to be removed with an instrument by a hygienist or dentist... please call us or your local dentist for an appointment
ALOHA,

Often, it is a collection of plaque or calculus. It could indicate that it's time for a routine cleaning.
Plaque
The "white stuff" behind your teeth is called calculus. When food debris is left undisturbed by not brushing or flossing, it turns into calculus. Calculus is formed when the minerals of your saliva mix with the plaque on your teeth and create a hard substance that firmly adheres to the teeth. This material cannot be removed at home with brushing or flossing and must be professionally removed with ultrasonic scalers at the dentist. Buildup of calculus is known to cause gum issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, and halitosis.
