It’s known as tennis elbow strap available at sporting good stores and some pharmacies. Apply during waking hours about an inch below the elbow on the extensor side (opposite of palm side).

They are called counterforce braces. They are typically a thin brace with a padded section or a section with a gel foam pad that straps around the forearm about an inch or two past the tip of the elbow. The gel and soft phone part should rest over the muscles on the outside of the forum just passed the elbow joint.
This is typical of braces most commonly used for tennis elbow.

It's called a tennis elbow strap and it goes on your forearm just below the elbow. It can be bought on amazon or any sporting goods store. Wear it whenever you are gripping and object.
Hope it helps!!

See an orthopedic surgeon to make sure it is Tennis elbow and not a tear or an impinging synovial fold in the elbow.
