The PSA normal range by age is as follows : 40 - 49 = 0 to 2.5 ng/mL ; 50 - 59 = 0 to 3.5 ng/mL ; 60 - 69 = 0 to 4.5 ng/mL; 70 = 0 to 6.5 ng/mL: So, depending on your age, any number above the limit is a concern that needs to be investigated. Please, check with your Urologist. Thank you.
Over 4 may signify an issue. Also rapidly increasing PSA levels whether normal or not.
