I have nerve damage in my neck. I want to get a massage. What massage is best for nerve damage?

The best way to find out for you is to go in to a local massage therapist and talk to them and ask for ideas. Massage can be good and help nerve damage but until someone actually works on you, then you cannot really know what will work best for you.
Assuming the nerve damage is mild, mild massage.
I don’t have a good answer for you. Massage is primarily a treatment of muscle disorders, so would affect nerve disorders only indirectly. Possibly a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation doctor might have more to offer.
