No heavy exercise for 3-4 hours and drink lots of water. Try to relax.
Rest and take it easy for the next 24hrs
Drink water
I usually recommend that patients relax and not do too much heavy activity after treatment. It is smart to keep hydrated, eat a nourishing meal and try to relax for the remainder of the day. You can return to work/errands etc if necessary, but many times people are very relaxed coming out sessions. Therefore I suggest trying and receiving acupuncture on days that you do not have much to do, lighter workout days, etc.
Just continue with your daily activities.

After acupuncture session you better take a rest!
We normally advise resting if possible, but you can also go back to your normal activities as soon as the treatment is over providing that they are not exacerbating your treatment or condition.

Not sure exactly what you mean, you can go back to normal life. I recommend waiting about 30min to half an hour before taking a very hot or cold shower as the blood pressure change after being so relaxed could make you dizzy. You may feel you want to relax or take a nap after a good treatment, but you don’t have to; you can go right back to work or whatever you have to do.
After an acupuncture treatment, you should do all of the following:

-take it easy
-drink plenty of water
-avoid cold (cold foods and liquids and cold environments)
-if you need to exercise, consider walking, stretching, or restorative yoga
-pay attention to how you feel after the treatment, especially in the first 24 hours

This will enable you to provide better feedback to your acupuncturist on the next visit.

Rest at least 2-3 hours. Avoid coffee, alcohol, sex and exercise.
We don't recommend any form of physical activities after acupuncture. It is usually recommended to rest and relax.

You should ask your practitioner. Situations and people vary. Our medicine is customized to the individual.
Just take it easy...do not go do a strenuous workout....Otherwise return to your daily routine.
Hydrating is the most important thing. Then I usually recommend that patients avoid strenuous activity.
The principle of acupuncture is to balance or modulate your nerve system (autonomic system), improve circulation and energy flow. Acupuncture also impacts neurotransmitters /chemicals in your brain to alleviated stress.
After treatment, you should still lay on the table for 2 more minutes, then get off the table and go out walking around about 20 minutes.
In the words of my teacher, "no sex, drugs, or rock and roll." Meaning it's best to avoid recreational drugs, alcohol, sex, intense workouts, parties, mosh pits, etc. Instead, drink plenty of water, make sure you eat something nourishing, rest, relax, and let the treatment do its work.
If you can go home a relax, that's the best thing to do. And drink lots of water after a treatment, as well.
Usually, a patient can carry on with their usual day after an acupuncture treatment. If a patient has received cupping or guasha (scraping) during the treatment, there can be some aftercare instructions. If the treatment was only needles, then there's usually no issues with regular activities.
