Did you have blood in your stool or bleeding on a colonoscopy was noted.
Depends on associated symptoms. An in-person visit with a health care provider will guide you through the decisions
I cannot tell you the treatment until I know what is the source of bleeding. You need a diagnosis. There are many causes of bleeding, so a GI doctor should be consulted to do a proper work up. It could be hemorrhoids, a polyp, a mass, anal fissure, diverticula, angioectasia, etc etc .
Contact your doctor immediately for you might need a referral to see the gastroenterologist to investigate the cause of your bleeding.
Consult Integrative Medicine. Must be under care of GI. Start Probiotics. Consult Nutritionist. Mya have to pull back on blood thinners, such as ASA or Plavix.
