What should you eat to raise your blood sugar immediately?

I am a diabetic and often struggle with my blood sugar levels. What should you eat to raise your blood sugar immediately?

If your sugar is slightly low around 60-70 and you have low sugar symptoms like tremors, sweating or dizziness, you should eat some carbs with protein (sandwich/fruit with peanut butter, etc) or some milk. If you have severe low sugar in 50-40, have 3 -4 glucose tablets or juice/soda.

If your sugars are dropping frequently, you need to see your doctor for medication adjustment to prevent those lows in the first place. Perhaps you're taking your medications at the wrong time. If you have had severe hypoglycemic episodes, you may need an emergency medication. Otherwise, a glass of( orange) juice, anything you can find with syrup or sugar in it (not sugar free), coke, pepsi, or diabetic sugar cubes can be used.
