“Whats going on?”
I have been having a weird taste in my mouth that tastes like spices it can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes I can smell it too and a headache will happen that feels like it is in my nose or nasal cavity. I am just trying to figure out the cause.

Assuming that you are not experimenting with mind altering drugs, you could have a hypersensitivity condition. Could be a form of migraine. Parosmia (distortion of sense of smell) can occur with URIs, some chemical exposures, and brain tumors. See an ENT
