I have sciatica and want to treat it. Which is better chiropractor or massage for sciatica?

It depends on the root of the sciatic pain. If the sciatic pain is coming from issues such as foraminal encroachment or degenerative disc disease then chiropractic would be the best route to go. Massage can be helpful if your symptoms are stemming from peripheral nerve entrapment.
