“Why does my shoulder bone move?”
It has happened for a lot of years now. My elbow bones tend to move down when I'm holding heavy things and I can physically make it move down/in. I don't know if that makes sense.

It may just be your anatomy, or you may have hyper mobility syndrome.
It seems you might have laxity. I would be careful and see an orthopedic surgeon to asses your joints to become better educated about your condition.
