I am a 34 year old male. I want to know if exercise will help achy legs?

That depends on what is causing the achiness. If you have muscle soreness from a workout heat, light exercise and Epsom salt baths can all be helpful. If you don't know why your legs are achy I would recommend you go see your doctor for an evaluation.
If you know why your legs are achy exercise can help. If exercise is not helping be sure to see a practitioner to help you with the achy legs.
It’s always a good idea to walk and exercise is generally recommended for aches in the legs. However, there must be a reason why you complain of aching legs so that should be checked out. You should have an independent consultation and examination to determine what’s going on and if you require some sort of treatment beyond exercise.
Too many reasons that your legs could be achy. Get checked out by a doctor first.

If you’re experiencing aching in your legs and you are not working out, it maybe caused by sciatic issues.

Exercise in general is great! Consulting with your local Chiropractor and discussing what may be causing the achy-ness is important. They may be able to help you put together a program to address the muscles and possible imbalances.
Yes, it may help or make it worse. Go lightly, especially if you have not done much exercise before. Start walking on flat ground first, followed by gentle stretching exercises, for a total of 30 mins.
Good luck and then build from there. If it gets worse, go see your local chiropractor
Yes exercise is very beneficial to muscles, joint, blood vessel, and nerve health. Even just walking at a brisk pace for 20-45 minutes every day have tremendous health benefits.
Other than all the above some simple exercises like a brisk walk for 20–30 minutes every day also can help. Go for activities like swimming, cycling, dancing, yoga, etc which will help you to strengthen your leg muscles. As I always say, make exercise a part of your life to fight pain and leg pain relief
Exercise could help achy legs but one should find out the causes contributing to the achy legs, like mineral deficiency, dehydration or lumbar spine, pelvis or hip, knee or ankle dysfunction. An evaluation would be a good idea.
