OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions Boils

I have a boil right at the entrance of my vagina. Can you recommend a topical cream for it?

I have a big boil right at the entrance of my vagina and it hurts. I have been applying coconut oil to it but it's not helping at all. Can you please suggest a topical treatment that will help?

See a gynecologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Could be a Bartholin’s Cyst or a sebaceous Cyst that needs to be lanced!
Try to do sits bath or sit in a warm tub of water with some hydrogen peroxide in it two or three times a day. If that does not help, then see your doc for further evaluation.
Warm soaks to the area four times a day, followed by topical polysporin ointment.
A boil or abscess may need to be drained. Please see your local provider.
