Can a tumor be detected in an X-ray?

Is it possible to detect a tumor in an X-ray?

Yes, but CT or MRI is better.
Yes. Particularly in the lung and bones
Hi, it depends on the tumor. An x-ray is very good at detecting some bone tumors. Soft tissue tumors are harder to see for which MRI or CT is better.
