I am a 31 year old female and I want to have twins. Can folic acid help to conceive twins?

Folic acid helps to avoid spinal cord defects but does not promote twins.

No, it doesn’t help to conceive. However, it is very important to take at least 800 mg/day PRIOR to conception to significantly reduced the chance of Neural Tube Defects for your baby(s).
