Can head trauma cause blurred vision?

I hit my head today, and now things are a little blurry. Does a head trauma ever cause blurred vision?

Blurred vision is a common symptom following head injury, and can be a symptom of a concussion. Often, a blow to the head can trigger a migraine-like headache that includes nausea, light and noise sensitivity and blurry or watery vision. If there are flashes or floaters in one eye, you may have injured the retina or vitreous in your eye, and need to see an eye doctor immediately. If you have double vision or if one pupil is larger than the other one, seek emergency medical care immediately.
